PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document is an official public offer ("Offer") by private entrepreneur Viktoriia Khudiak ("Seller") to an unlimited number of individuals ("Buyer") to conclude a purchase agreement for goods via the online store at bastard.fashion, in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Placing an order on the Website signifies full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer. The agreement is considered concluded upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order and/or payment.

1. Definitions

Website — bastard.fashion online store where goods are sold remotely.
Goods — clothing, accessories, and other physical goods listed on the Website.
Order — a properly submitted request to purchase Goods.
Acceptance — full agreement with this Offer by placing an order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay and accept them under this Offer.

3. Ordering procedure

3.1. The Buyer places an Order independently via the Website.

3.2. Accurate personal and contact information must be provided.

3.3. The Seller confirms availability and provides payment and delivery details.

4. Payment

4.1. All payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. Accepted payment methods:

  • Online card payment via WayForPay
  • Cash on delivery (within Ukraine)
  • Post-payment via the carrier
  • Other options available during checkout

4.3. The Seller does not process payment card data. All transactions are securely handled by licensed payment systems.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available:

  • Across Ukraine via Nova Poshta (1–3 business days)
  • Internationally via Mist Express or other partners (timing varies)

5.2. Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is paid separately by the Buyer based on the carrier’s rates. Final cost depends on:

  • Delivery method
  • Country and city of destination
  • Package size and weight

Carrier calculates the delivery cost independently.

5.3. Self-pickup is not available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1. Buyers have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

6.2. Return conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

6.3. Return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.

6.4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Prices & Taxes

All prices are listed in UAH. The Seller is not a VAT payer.

8. Rights & Obligations

Seller agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about products
  • Deliver ordered Goods of appropriate quality
  • Process return requests in accordance with the law

Buyer agrees to:

  • Provide truthful data during checkout
  • Pay for the Goods in full and on time
  • Read and accept this Offer before confirming the order

9. Liability

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or international services.

9.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if not resolved, through legal means in accordance with Ukrainian law.

10. Term of the Offer

This Offer is effective from the moment it is published on the Website and remains valid until revoked by the Seller.
